- How you found us: campaign details in the page link (such as UTM tags), the page you first landed on, and the referring website.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type and pages visited, which may be recorded by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To research your property, contact you about it, and prepare an offer.
- To call or text you about your property, as you agreed when submitting the form. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- To understand which of our marketing is working.
When we share it
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to evaluate and complete a sale, for example with a title company, closing attorney, or a partner buyer if we assign our purchase contract (which we’ll tell you about in writing), and with service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and phone systems.
